The Underwater Photography Guide has announced the Ocean Art Underwater Photography Competition 2010. Submissions will be accepted from between August 1, 2010 and November 14, 2010.
The competition has 11 categories, including a Novice DSLR category, 3 compact camera categories, Supermacro, Nudibranchs, Divers/Fashion, Wide-angle, Macro, Marine Life Portraits and Marine Life Behavior.
This is one of the largest underwater photography competitions in terms of prizes with $63,000 worth of prizes including over 25 liveaboard and scuba diving resort packages, dive equipment, 12 days on the Arenui boutique liveaboard, 9 days on the Solmar V, and 18 nights in Papua New Guinea including a stay on the Febrina.
