Sigma Corporation has made available at their US website an online repair order form and payment information. A revamped Service page at the site, Sigma Online Mall Service Page, has tabs for both United States Customers and those Outside of the United States. Online tracking is now available via a customer generated form.
Contact information is available for Authorized Sigma Service Centers. Sigma acknowledges that they expedite customers repair work by sometimes forwarding work to these vendors and tells customers to be prepared to have direct communication with them.
A step-by-step procedure is posted to aid customers seeking repair/warranty service for Sigma products and third party products by Sigma for Canon, Nikon, Sony/Minolta, Pentax and of course the 4/3rds lenses for Olympus and Panasonic.

I’m surprised that I cannot find anywhere in Sigma’s site a place to register my newly-bought Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 lens. Can someone help me out?
John,
The Sigma lens should come with warranty cards and Sigma maintains a database of all registered serial numbers.
There has always been a pink warranty explanation sheet, and two sets of warranty cards with all the Sigma products I have purchased.
Sigma does not at last note, ‘register’ via an online process their products, but does it directly through the authorized dealers.
The serial number on the barrel of the lens can be emailed to Sigma at there NJ location for further information.
I will try to email you via your website as well.
Thanks for commenting and reading the new item. Consider becoming a member of PR and then you could post a review of your Sigma Lens.
Thanks – CDP
