Pentax recently announced the Optio S1 compact digital camera that will be available in three “gem-like” colors just in time for spring. The 14-megapixel S1 boasts a 28mm-140mm, 5X wide angle zoom lens, 720p 16:9 HD video recording, a 2.7-inch LCD, Triple Shake Reduction image stabilization, and a High Dynamic Range mode, making it the first Pentax compact camera to include this feature.
The Optio S1 also includes easy to use features such as, Auto Picture mode with 14 different settings, Face Detection, Smile Capture, Blink Detection, Natural Skin mode, and nine digital filters such as Toy Camera, Retro, and Miniature.
The Pentax Optio S1 will be available in Black, Chrome, and Green colors and is currently available for pre-order.
