Hasselblad announced three new software products to the Phocus Family, Phocus 2.6, Phocus Quick, and Phocus Mobile. Hasselblad’s imaging software, Phocus version 2.6, has a faster multi-shot viewer and now features the dust removal tool, star rating, filtering, import/export of image adjustments, combined H and V lens tool, and TIFF and JPEG Windows support.
Phocus Quick allows users to automatically import and process their raw files with easy viewing and reviewing. Original image files are safely stored as back-ups and users can apply basic image adjustments. Phocus Quick is available for immediate download.
Phocus Mobile is a new application for the Apple iPad and iPhones that will wirelessly connect to a Mac using the Phocus 2.6 software and allow users to remotely rate and browse images. Phocus Mobile is available at the Apple App store as a free download in March 2011.
