Fujifilm announced the new FinePix XP30 and FinePix XP20 waterproof, shockproof, dustproof and freezeproof digital cameras. The FinePix XP30 features 14.2-megapixels, a Fujinon 5x 28-140mm (35 mm equivalent) wide optical zoom lens, a 2.7-inch LCD, 720p HD movie recording, CCD shift image stabilization, Motion Panorama mode, and GPS with Route Logging and Photobook Assist. The FinePix XP30 is waterproof up to 5 meters, shockproof up to 1.5 meters, dust and sandproof and freezeproof to −10°C. The FinePix XP30 will be available in black, silver, orange, blue, green and white colors. The FinePix XP20 offers the same specifications as the FinePix XP30, minus the GPS.
The Fujifilm Finepix XP20 digital camera will be available March 2011 for $199.95 and the FinePix XP30 will be available in February 2011 for $239.95.
