Epson has announced the Stylus Pro 4900 17-inch photo printer in two models, the Standard Edition for photography and the Graphic Design Edition that includes an EFI eXpress RIP. The Stylus Pro 4900 features Epson’s MicroPiezo TFP print head, UltraChrome HDR ink ten color system, Epson’s AccuPhoto HDR screening technology, automatic switching between roll and cut-sheet media, SpectroProofer, and PreciseColor manufacturing.
The Epson Stylus Pro 4900 Standard Edition and Graphic Design Edition printers will be available in December for $2,495 and $2,995, respectively.
