Hit The Steeps with Clik Elite’s Contrejour Photography Pack
St. George, UT, January 15, 2010 – Long climbs, big descents – hit the steeps with Clik Elite’s™ Contrejour, an uncompromising adventure photography pack built for the backcountry and prepared for extremes. Like all the packs in Clik’s™ new Cloud Series, the Contrejour is designed for function, comfort and mobility, and keeps camera equipment safe from wipeouts and weather.
Adventure photographers need to get to the extremes – extremes that are not camera friendly. Clik Elite’s™ Contrejour keeps expensive camera bodies, lenses, lighting components, and accessories secure and safe inside a patent-pending internal camera pack. Modular cradle dividers provide padding for the fragile components, and are customizable so photographers can create a set-up that secures and organizes a ton of equipment in a way fits their workflow. Back-panel access and weather resistant zippers keep it all safe and easy to reach.
But this isn’t just a camera bag in pack’s clothing. The Contrejour is a backcountry bad ass. Winter gear – clothing, food, shovel, axe, probe – rides in an easily accessible 25-liter outer compartment. Skins aren’t enough for the ascent? Strap on your skis or board with reinforced straps. Built to ride, the pack’s split-contour waist belt has a bi-directional buckle for optimal weight transfer and the harness system adjusts for multiple torso lengths and a custom fit.
The design team at Clik Elite™ has been creating packs for extreme athletes and conditions for decades. The Contrejour is a culmination of their experience and the input of Clik’s™ Pro Team – a small group of hardcore adventure photographers including Adam Barker and Steve Lloyd that demand performance at every level. The Contrejour delivers.
Available in fall, 2010, the Contrejour (MSRP TBD) makes its debut at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in Salt Lake City this week. See it and all of the packs in Clik’s™ new Cloud Series at booth 109.
