It is an welcome addition in the super zoom segment. All the features are fine. But we were expecting a backlit CMOS sensor and AA battery power sources. Otherwise every time one buys a camera ends up buying an additional lithium battery for back up purpose. This is also not good environmentally. I personally have accumulated so many defunct batteries from my previous cameras. A small but minor issue is that Canon could provide easily a screw mount at the front of the lens rather than forcing a customer to buy additional accessories.I hope this model will be a bench mark in non SLR catagory.
It’s so beautiful! :’)
