Canon is stepping up their wireless digital camera game with the new Canon PowerShot ELPH 130 IS pocket camera. The Canon PowerShot ELPH 130 IS is being introduced at the CES tradeshow in Las Vegas this week. It’s a super-compact point-and-shoot camera with a 16-megapixel CCD sensor, an 8x 28-224mm (equivalent) optical zoom lens, 720p HD video and improved built-in Wi-Fi functionality. Canon has free iOS and Android apps so you can wirelessly transfer photos and videos to your Smart Phone or tablet; and the ELPH 130 IS can also connect directly to Facebook and other social networking sites via Canon’s iMAGE GATEWAY online photo gallery site. New Wi-Fi functionality includes a wireless history in the camera for quicker Web site access, and the ability to comment on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube right from the camera.
