Canon is introducing a couple of inexpensive A-Series point-and-shoot cameras at CES in Las Vegas this week, including the very nicely-priced US $150 A2600. The Canon PowerShot A2600 has a 16-megapixel CCD sensor, a 5x 28-140mm (equivalent) optical zoom lens, and 720p HD video in a nicely-styled body that comes in red, blue and pink as well as traditional black and silver finishes.
