Strength:
fine grain
Weakness:
produces washed out colors. Too much yellow when taking green landscape I was not pleased with the film. I took a trip to Costa Rice and shot an EOS 3 with 1 stop pushed provia and and EOS 1N with superia 400. The Provia was outstanding (as expected), but the Superia was poor. All my greens were too yellow. Sunset and Dusk pictures were very good, however. It's a cheap film that produces better than cheap quality, but nothing to rave about. Strength:
Sharp grain.
Weakness:
Not as sharp as Royal Gold 400. This is my casual everyday print film. I have some in my buckup p&s camera most of the time. I have had some wonderful looking 8x10's made from this film. The grain is sharp and colors look natural. In my own opinion this film is not quite as Rolyal Gold 400, but it is close. Customer Service n/a Similar Products Used: Royal Gold 400 |

Strength:
Inexpensive
Weakness:
Grainy A very inexpensive higher speed color negative films. Color palette neutral and good with flesh tones, but nothing special. Maybe a little cooler than Royal Gold 400. Compared to Supra 400, this film is excessively grainy in both the highlights and the shadows. Comparable to or slightly grainier than Royal Gold 400, which will be acceptable but noticeable in enlargements. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Royal Gold 400 |

Strength:
Relativerly fine grain.
Weakness:
Compared to other 400 asa films - none ! I prefer this one to the Kodak equivallent and use it when I know I'll need to take fast, hand-held photos (If you can afford the use of a tripod - choose a slower film !). Customer Service None Similar Products Used: Many Kodak and Fuji print films, Kodak 120 roll film. |

Strength:
The saturation is the best I've ever seen. The 400 is sharper than the Kodak 200's!
Weakness:
People pics come out a bit red or green though. Great for outdoor shots. It's very fine grained for a 400 speed film, and I use it for just about everything short of a full indoor session. The grass looks green, the sky looks blue, the details are amazing, and the price is right. Don't use it for people shots, and use mostly for landscape, and you'll do fine. Customer Service Never needed it. A roll ripped on me though in mid film... Similar Products Used: NPC 400, Royal Gold 400, Kodak 400 |

Strength:
Fast film
Weakness:
Cool side of the colour spectrum I would use it again. For P&S cameras, its great for SLR in low light or sports action situation if you don't blow up the pictures more than 8X10 is fine too. Fuji superia xtra 400 slightly less grainy. Customer Service never used Similar Products Used: Kodak Max 400 |

Casual
Strength:
Very smooth, clear & sharp. Reasonably priced for its quality.
Weakness:
none. Great results for a little bit of money. I've noticed that some folks say that skin tones were not good. I always use Kodak premium processing. I get very good results. The only times I've noticed skin tones that were off was under bad lighting conditions. I strongly believe that the quality of the labs makes all the difference in the world. I would recomend this film to anyone. In todays down sized pocket cameras, the 400 is great. Customer Service Never needed Similar Products Used: Fuji 100, 200, 400,800 |

Strength:
Very inexpensive.
Weakness:
Very grainy at 8x10. I've not very impressed with this film as compared its Kodak equivalent, or to premium consumer and pro films. However, it's very inexpensive, and gives reasonable results. Similar Products Used: Fuji HQ 200 and 100 |
