Strength:

I like the quality of the prints I have developed from Fuji film. The colors are true, crisp, and vivid. I also like the price, it was cheaper than Kodak film (which I used to use), and my prints were better.

Weakness:

No problems, except that it is harder to find Fuji film. Everywhere you go, you can find Kodak, but not always Fuji.

Buy Fuji film instead of Kodak, it's a better value and higher quality.

Customer Service

I haven't had to utilize customer service. I like the fact that the plastic film canisters are clear instead of black, seems like they are more environment-friendly and easier to recycle.

Strength:

simply the best film for "people" photography with flash indoors or out.
the flesh tones are accurate, the grain is very fine, one can get very good color saturation

Weakness:

does not tolerate under-exposure well (as little as one stop - ie. shooting it at 800). colors become dull and the grain comes out.

the best film for weddings, social events, home holiday parties... Indoors WITH flash!!
Color saturation increases and picture qualtiy increases if the film is shot at 320 or even 250 (ie. overexposed). Lab processing will compensate during printing.
