Today, Sony announced the Alpha DSLR-A560 to its Sony Alpha Digital SLR lineup. The A560 features 14.2 megapixels, Sony’s Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor, Sweep Panorama mode, 3D Sweep Panorama, Full HD 1920×1080 60i video capture, Quick AF Live View, 7fps continuous shooting, Auto HDR, two Live View functions (AF Live View and Focus Check Live View), a 3-inch high resolution 921,600 pixel Xtra Fine LCD screen that tilts 90 degrees up or down, a Bionz image processor with color-noise reduction that helps achieve low noise up to ISO 12800 and Multi-frame Noise Reduction that stacks a high-speed burst of six frames to create a single low-noise exposure that boosts effective sensitivity as high as ISO 25600.
The Sony Alpha DSLR-A560 will be available in October for $650 for the body only and $750 for the camera body and 18-55mm kit lens.
