Today, Samsung announced the SH100 Wi-Fi enabled compact digital camera. With Wi-Fi capability, the SH100 allows you to connect to smartphone devices to view shots in real time or activate the shutter remotely, back up photos to your computer, instantly upload photos and videos to social networking sites and YouTube, and wirelessly connect (DLNA) to your HDTV to view photos. The Samsung SH100 also features 14.2-megapixels, a 3-inch LCD touch screen with Smart Access user interface (UI), a 4.7-23.5mm zoom lens with 5x optical zoom, Digital Image Stabilization, HD (720p) movie recording, and an account with mobile hotspot provider Boingo for access to over 200,000 Wi-Fi hotspots worldwide.
The Samsung SH100 Wi-Fi enabled digital camera will be available March 2011 for $199.99.
