Today, Kodak announced two new HD pocket video cameras, the Playfull and the next generation Playsport. The slim Kodak Playfull features full 1080p HD video recording, 5-megapixel still photos, on-camera editing, a designated Kodak Share Button, digital image stabilization, effects such as black and white, sepia, high saturation and 70’s film, LCD Glare Shield, Smart face tracking technology, and is remote control compatible. The Kodak Playfull will be available in 2011 for $149.95 in silver, blue-silver, purple-silver and blue-black colors.
The updated waterproof (up to 10 feet) Kodak Playsport is now shockproof and dustproof. It also features full 1080p HD video recording, 5-megapixel still photos, on-camera editing, a designated Kodak Share Button, digital image stabilization, effects such as black and white, sepia, high saturation and 70’s film, Smart face tracking technology, a 2-inch LCD with LCD Glare Shield, Underwater white balance mode, low-light performance, and is also remote control compatible. The Kodak Playsport HD video camera will be available in 2011 for $179.95 in black, red, green, white and aqua colors.
