Today, Eye-Fi announced the new 8GB Eye-Fi Pro X2 SDHC memory card. The Pro X2 memory card features increased storage capacity, Class 6 performance for faster read/write speeds, faster-than-ever wireless photo and video uploads and increased Wi-Fi range. The new Endless Memory mode allows for virtually unlimited storage by automatically making space available after photos and videos are uploaded. Eye-Fi is also introduciing the Eye-Fi Center, a new desktop application that gives users more options in sharing their digital memories.
The Eye-Fi Pro X2 memory card will be available for $149.99 and the Eye-Fi Center will be available for download later this month.
