Carl Zeiss has announced its attendance at this year’s Photokina Tradeshow in Cologne, Germany. Carl Zeiss will also announce new lenses and for the first time, accessories at the tradeshow. The “application island” at their booth in Hall 2.1 will feature the entire line of Carl Zeiss lenses, allowing consumers to touch, test and even walk through high-quality lenses. The walk-through lens lets visitors experience the 120-year history of lenses at Carl Zeiss. Along with all of the new Zeiss lenses being announced at Photokina, consumers will also be able to use Sony lenses featuring Carl Zeiss technology and the Compact Prime CP.2 lenses on HDSLR cameras for video recording.
