Cheap and small

Housing buttons does not touch properly camera buttons (poor design).
It floods because of design flaws (not needed o-rings in the bottom, poor quality material that rusts between the plastic housing and the aluminium port mount).

The housing flooded twice! First time after 2 dives: a defect in some o-ring from the factory. I had their insurance that, after a long battle, just provided me with a second hand camera, while they were supposed to give me a new one! Second time, after 3 years, the connection between the housing and the port mount got some rust inside...and it flooded my second D70! Spend a little more and get something serious like Ikelite! You will pay back the difference saving your camera from frequent flooding! Also because they are telling me that, after the official warranty is expired, I have to repair the housing at my expenses and buy myself a new camera!

Customer Service

Poor: first flood they did not fulfilled the insurance, giving me a second hand camera instead of a new one. Second flood, they don't provide me with anything for the camera, the lens and not even repairing the crappy housing they produced!

Ikelite D70 housing: it was perfect! I did not buy it because it was slightly more expensive (but not like sea&sea or others)...and now I have to regret that!
