Big, heavy, stable, the perfect head for large lens. It works perfect with a Bogen 3021PRO tripod. I couldn't be happier!

Strength:

Strong-Heavy-Pans well-locks tight

Weakness:

Great, sturdy and easy to use. I couldn't be more pleased. It is big and heavy, but that is a asset when you want a sharp photo. It pans well locks solid and I haven't found a thing that I would be unhappy with. I can handle any lens I put on it or any camera from a 35MM to a View camera. It works very well with a Bogen 3120PRO.

Strength:

Lever to lock, large ball (have used with Sinar P!), built like a tank, large QR plate.

Weakness:

Sticks, but I just tap it loose. Only sticks when unloaded, never with a camera on it.

Big, heavy, solid, stable, more head than my Manfrotto legs can stabilize. Bought on the recommendation of John Shaw after a workshop. It tends to stick, but only when unloaded. Nice large quick-release plate, which I modified with a Really Right Stuff knob.
