The Lexmark 7000 uses a laser-crafted printhead with 400 laser-cut nozzles to print up to 1200 dpi resolution in color. And thanks to the concentrated color inks, that color is very close to true-to-life photo quality. When it comes to the text, the solid-particle waterproof black ink produces 1200 dpi laser quality type. Speed is an impressive 8 ppm in black and up to 3 ppm in color, thanks to a double-wide print element that prints two lines at once.
