Everything, everything, everthing This is the worst printer I have ever had or heard about.Constantly page is jammed, when there is no paper jam - in order to be able to print I have to shut down the computer and re-boot. Get stupid messages such as printer cartridge cannot move when in fact there is no problem. Now the thing prints only 1/2 page. To try to get tech support for this when I first purchased it - one waits for almost an hour then gets someone with such a foreign accent I cannot understand what is being said. I am trying to find an answer on line to why this new problem has arisen and how can I fix. Customer Service Cannot understand what they are saying, heavy accents. Long, long waiting period, just not worth calling. |

Strength:
Small, lightweight
Weakness:
Everything to do with printing. A piece of junk. Have to replace ink cartridges after only a few pages printed. Bumping noises, error lights, align messages abound. Terribly annoying. Misfeeds have begun after each print is completed. Do not recommend anyone purchasing this particular printer. |

A product that exploits weakness! This Hewlett Packard item is possibly the worst purchase I have ever made in my 62 years of life. It is designed with the smallest ink cartridges on the planet that will last for about 2 weeks if you are someone that does the average amount of printing. The software is a bloated piece of trash and borders on spyware. My F340 All-In-One will be making a trip to the dumpster in the morning and remain a bad thought in my purchases this decade. I rate this product at a negative 100! Hewlett Packard has obviously lost interest in producing quality products and is only interested in getting rich from selling ink cartridges! |
