Weakness:
Lack of customer support
Do not use this service. I had an account with this company and they had nothing but issues with my account. FTP's of large photos would fail, they failed to remind me to renew my account and as a result I lost my domain name - which is now forcing me to re-brand my company. I have cancelled my service for these reason, as well as the fact you cannot talk to a human being when issues arise. Typically all support requests took over a week to be resloved, with at least a 24 hour min. turn around time.
