They don't care about the customer.

I ordered 3 panoramic prints 10 days ago. Not updates, I finally called and they told me they haven't started printing because they didn't have the finish the advertise on the website (deep matt). They told me that there is nothing they can do but me placing another order and wait again to be printed or shipped. I also asked to speak with the manager and he told me the same. Nothing they can do to fix my problem but I placing another order and wait for it... Horrible customer service.

Well I placed an order even after reading the reviews and all I can say is it was a 5 star order. HINT: Order not to be miss directed as ALWAYS. Our company panoramic picture had great quality and was delivered within one business day versus the 5-7 business as expected.

No apology from these people.
No explanation to this day and it has been over 3 weeks.
I can't believe this company is in business.
They have my money, I have no photos.

My 2012 Ezprint calendar doesn't have 2/29. Also I just noticed that September 2nd day box is blank - date is missing. Unlike all normal calendars Ezprint has no previous and next month. Very inconvenient. Only major holidays listed. This is the worse custom calendar website I ever used.

Was hesitant due to prior reviews and prices seemed to-good to be true! Ordered my first Panaromic and it was great! The price is even better!!!!!! Just ordered my second one this weekend and it has already shipped! Great turn-around. Shipping is very reasonable!! Will continue to use for pans!

I had minimal turn around time on some basketball team photos I took for a local community center. I was hired last minute and the photos were taken towards the end of the season. Through EZprints.com I uploaded my photos, ordered the correct amounts and paid for one day shipping on wednesday the 3rd, to ensure that I would get the photos before my deadline. I promised my clients the photos by Sunday the 7th. It is now Tuesday the 9th and I still have NO photos! I have been waiting almost a full week for photos and I still have no explanation from the company. Nor is there a phone number anywhere that you can reach the company directly. The only way to communicate with them is via email and wait for a response, if you are lucky enough to get one. I will never use ezprints again.

Awkward web site

I have used this excellent service for four years. The prints are of a very high quality, both paper and canvas.

Very good service, on one occasion I ordered some large canvas prints but when printed they were inappropriately sized to fit a gallery wrap. EZPrints cheerfully sent a full refund. I continue to use the service enthusiastically.
