Strength:
The website makes it easy to design a card
Weakness:
Bad printing quality and bad customer service I was so overjoyed by the birth of my first child, a beautiful healthy baby boy. I wanted to share the news with everybody. Now I am so sorry that I ordered my birth announcements from this company. The printing quality was very bad. One of the postcards was returned to me as undeliverable, and when I saw the final product, I couldn't believe it. But what really shocked me is the way Amazingmail's customer service person treated me when I brought the problem to her attention. |

Casual
Strength:
customizable
Weakness:
Slow. The web-based program uses retarded carrier pigeons to transfer the 1s and 0s from one place to another. It is quicker to create, print, and write custom postcards by hand. Slow! Slow slow slow. If you're sending the same thing to 30 different people, it might be worth it. Personalized postcards are an all-afternoon investment, though. There are about 8 or 9 steps in the postcard-creation process, and each one requires a 2-minute wait after you finish and advance to the next step.

Strength:
Easy of use, PDF proof before printing, my address book and contact list is kept in my account on the website, postcards are the highest quality, they physically mail the postcards for me We have used this company for the last 3 years to mail or Christmas Cards. I design and edit several pictures together using photoshop. I then write a letter for the reverse of the card, upload it and mail it to 100 people. What used to be a chore and take a week, now takes me only an hour or two--and then it's done!
Customer Service Never have had to use Similar Products Used: I can't find anything that offers same service. Printers do not mail merge and send cards for you. |
