Strength:
Excellent contrast, saturation and sharpness. Very versitile for weddings and portraits, as well as many other applications.
Weakness:
Front element rotates, but that''s really no big deal. I bought this lens (used) primarily for weddings. And I must admit, it has exceeded all of my expectations. This is one of the sharpest lenses I have ever owned. Contrast and color saturation are superb. I have excellent enlargements to 20X24, and could probably go larger if I needed to. I enjoy shooting this lens so much, that I even use it for landscapes, and they''re beautiful too! In the past, I never cared too much for Pentax... until I tried this setup. Customer Service Not needed... so far! Similar Products Used: Pentax 75mm Pentax 150mm f/3.5 (Also very sharp!) |
