7 50mm f/4.5
Strength:
Razor sharp, silky smooth, no distortion, no flare or ghosting.
Weakness:
f4.5 maximum aperture, but not a real problem. Possibly the finest camera lens made. unbelievably sharp. Does use accessory finder, but M7 viewfinder is good approximation of lens coverage area. Customer Service Not needed. Similar Products Used: M7-80 & 150, Nikon 24AF, 35AF, Tokina 20-35/2.8 |

Strength:
Tack sharp
Weakness:
A tad heavy. Super lens. In my setup of 50/80/150 i tend to use this one the most. Comes easy to recommend. No five stars for value at that price although I bought it "cheap" from Hong Kong. For performance 5+ stars... Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Mamiya 645 wideangles. |
