Standard Zeiss color palate saturation.
Weakness:
None that I could find. When Contax first appeared, the lens line, with nothing between 45mm and 80mm. had a huge hole that the 55mm ably fills. Very similar to a 35mm lens on a 35mm camera. Wonderful perspective, sharp as a tack. Customer Service Lens has not needed it yet. Body required a $370 replacement part after 2 years. ouch.
