Strength:
Quality Built, Construction
Weakness:
Extremely difficult item to find for purchasing in Mint Condition. I photograph mainly Landscape with a Bronica ETRSi Body & 135W Panoramic Backs, therefore this Lens is a welcomed addition to compliment the 40mm PE & 50mm PE Lenses. This Lens is EXTREMELY Sharp, renders Excellent Contrast & Color Rendition. The equivalence to 35mm would be 18mm. 16mm Fisheyes are available for 35mm Cameras with the same 180 degrees angle of view. The images have a special feel & appeal with Panoramic Format, Sample images: www.panoramicpei.com.

Strength:
True 180 degree "fisheye" lens, 3.5 aperture, built in lens shade, full prism view. When used sparingly, gives your customers something most medium format photogs don't have.
Weakness:
Probably as with all fisheye lens, you have to watch for lens flair. No threads to mount filters (the lens is actually convex and I imagine a filter would cause vignetting anyway). WOW!! Sharp, contrasty, and what a view! I love using this lens! (Photo's can be seen @ www.weddingdaypix.com under Wedding Reception and Bridal). I needed a lens that I could get inside a limo to shoot the newly weds to taking glamour shots in downtown Dallas - Customers love the "something different" that I can give them with this lens.
