With many improvements over the well-regarded original 28-200, the 28-200 II continues in the great line of Tamron lenses. Upgrades such as an anti-slip torque lock, improved constant, continuous close focusing ability throughout the zoom range and higher magnification set this apart from its predecessor. Low dispersion glass elements and internal focusing are carried over from the first generation model.
