DESCRIPTION

The (new) FD 80-200 mm f/4Ls arrival was rather very late but it featured Canons highly evaluated "L" series lenses. A medium power telephoto lens, it uses combination of fluorite and UD glass elements (1 each) to achieve sharp images by suppressing spectral aberrations.

Strength:

- great mechanically
- smooth focusing
- almost APO performance
- MACRO feature..

Weakness:

I have not found any yet.

Super lens with great colours and sharpness!! It employs 1 fluorite and 1 UD glass element in its optic scheme .. There is almost no CA or fringing even at initial aperture - I have done many pictures on EOS 5D MkII digital body with superb results..
