I acquired this lens recently through ebay for a
reasonable price. I test ran a roll of film through my camera. The images came out tack sharp-edge to edge with superb contrast. There was a very slight problem with flare but that happened
only when the sun was right in the center of the
frame. Performance at close distances (for subjects that appear strongly in the foreground) was simply outstanding, thanks to the rear floating element. This lens has got to be one of the very best and fastest super wides ever made.
A real winner from Zuiko !!

Fast superwide that is still fairly small and light.The Zuiko 24/2.8 is probably a better value.
