Fast, Crisp, Sharp, Bokeh, Quick Focussing
Weakness:
sometimes hunts in lower light. This lens is a really nice, sharp lens, that takes great shots, both for portraits, and macro shots. Nice bokeh. Crisp Clear Similar Products Used: 50mm 2.8 macro. |

Strength:
Sharpness & color. Could view DOF instantly without activating DOF feature.
Weakness:
Too short for insect or living things. Have to move too close to them & sometime my shadow gets in. Sharp Len compare to the 100mm macro 2.8. Still yet to try Macro 50mm 2.8 model. I could not resist on this price even I have a 50mm 1.4 Great for some closeup, like objects & flowers. Not so good for insect of such. You will be too close buy the 100mm macro. Color is very natural. In fact I use this often for people shots. Because it has shallow DOF. I could see where the focus end than guessing with aperature!
