Strength:
Excellent accuracy, lightweight, (mostly) easy to use and read. Requires one simple AA battery.
Weakness:
Battery drains somewhat, even when the meter is not in use; changing disks (reflected and incident) is a manual task that can be a pain. An excellent meter overall. I have screwed up a few incident exposures due to my own moments of unconsciousness. I recommend a meter like this for slow, deliberate photography where your meterless camera is on a tripod. Take good care of it, be gentle with it and it will last many, many years. (The current street price of $239 -- is that a good value?) Customer Service none needed Similar Products Used: none |
