Strength:
Inexpensive
Weakness:
Flash exposures are badly off with both my my Pentax ZX-5n (TTL) and my ZX-M (non-TTL) bodies. Flash seems to be putting out full power all the time. Defective unit, or Pentax compatibility problems? Pentax users should shoot some test slides before buying. Similar Products Used: None |

355 AF Flash
Strength:
Lot of bang for the buck. Guide No. 120 at 35mm is greater than that of the SB-28. The 3–position manual zoom (35/50/85mm) with tilt-head provides lots of flexibility. Simple to use (on-off switch) and a fast recycle time with alkaline batteries. Also has focus assist beam.
Weakness:
Lacks advanced features of like 3D, Multi-Sensor, and Matrix fill-flash modes, exposure compensation, etc. With the focus assist beam and high power of this little flash you can take great pictures even in total darkness. A great flash for a street price of $55! It's worth it to carry as a back-up for the more expensive/featureful flashes. Excellent value, a great first flash. 355 AF Flash
Strength:
low cost and very easy to use. plug and play.
Weakness:
No rechargeables except the AA kind you do yourself - they should have a simple by-pass for battery pak Plug and Play simplicity. Great for once-off users. beats the built in flash and will carry you into advanced and higgher skilled uses. Big bang for the buck. Customer Service Great - I wrote (with a dumb question!) to their e-mail and they responed in a day or two - informative and not dispataging a novice! Similar Products Used: the pop-up flash - and the Camera Mfg (Nikon) work(ed) well but not cost-efficient |

355 AF Flash
Strength:
You get a lot of flash for the money, It has a zoom hear from 35-85mm, and has a bounce head. Though it doesn't have a LED back like a PZ400 or 5000..It's a great flash for a reasonable price.
Weakness:
No problems yet. It's had great performance If you need a good flash, and don't have alot of cash..This is it! Customer Service No problems yet Similar Products Used: Nikon SB-22 |
