Strength:
A very disappointing film
Weakness:
Very high contrast. Don't even think of using it in full sunshine. Colors are oversaturated as well. Satisfactory image quality only in low contrast situations. I find all of the Royal Gold films to be oversaturated and high in contrast. Reala and PJ 400 are far superior Customer Service None Similar Products Used: Other Royal Golds, Reala, NPH, NHG II, Ektapress PJ 400 & 800 |

Didn't really like it.
Weakness:
Pictures turned out a bit too "golden-yellowish" which is good when you're taking pictures of people but not nature. I switched back to using Kodak Gold 200 and 400. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Kodak Gold 100, 200 and 400, and 800, Agfa 200 and 400 |

Well, it's ok, but I really don't see a lot of difference between it and the RG 400.
Weakness:
a bit saturated I can't imagine when I'd want to use this instead of RG 400 or NHG2-800, really. Customer Service none Similar Products Used: Super HG, NHG2-800, Agfa |

Superior color and quality. Kodak is better than just about any other film I've used. I hate using cheap film that produces inferior quality photographs. I never have that problem with Kodak.
Weakness:
Not Really Excellent film. By using Kodak, it's just about guaranteed that your photos will be clear and full of real-life color. Customer Service Never used Similar Products Used: AGFA, Fuji, Costco Brand |

Easy to use, and my pictures always come out good.
Weakness:
None Kodak Royal Gold is a step up from the Gold but I did not see a difference in the developed pictures. I buy my film in a combo pack at Costco, and sometimes it will include a roll of the Royal Gold. Similar Products Used: None |
