Strength:
I have gone through a few rolls of this film and it's probably the best general purpose colour negative film there is IMHO. Well, I have never tried other High Definition varieties, as only the 200 is available in my country. trailer repair Weakness:

Strength:
Neutral skin tones Sharp
Weakness:
Underexposure Limited Availability For some reason HD200 is available only in camera shops, while HD400 is available at mass market retailers like Target, Wal-Mart etc, effectively making the 400 speed film cheaper to buy than the 200 speed. I've used both and could not find much difference. There doesn't seem to be much of a grain/sharpness advantage to the 200, so most users would be better off buying HD400. I buy HD200 for use on sunny days, but I've had some consistent problems with it underexposing, even on sunny days or during magic hours. I would rate it at 160 speed to compensate. The great aspect of the High Definition series is that they give excellent, neutral skin tones and a tasteful color palette. Would be good for wedding photography or people shots in general. Strength:
SUPER sharp. A safe bet for any purpose photography.
Weakness:
A little pricey for consumer film. Super sharp images and very low grain. I have gone through a few rolls of this film and it's probably the best general purpose colour negative film there is IMHO. Well, I have never tried other High Definition varieties, as only the 200 is available in my country. This film is great for portraits, landscapes, whatever. Colours are really nice, bright but not over-the-top. The images produced by this film make my lens seem much sharper than it really is. You pay a little more for HD200, but now it's going to be my main general purpose film.
