This film will be replaced with a roll of comparable unexposed film if defective in manufacture, labeling or packaging or if damaged or lost by us or any associated or affiliated company. Except for such replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this film is without warranty, conditions or liability even though defect, damage or loss in caused by negligence or other fault. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by local law. In Australia and New Zealand, this limitation applies only to professional and business users, and does not affect consumers' statutory rights. This limitation does not apply in the Philippines. This product will not be replaced for , or otherwise warranted against, any change in color.
