Strength:

Good grain
Fast

Weakness:

Depends on whether you like vivid colours or not.
My prints turned out very neutral.

Expensive

Prints were very nice and without visible grain. I wouldn't hesitate to use this film again if I needed that extra speed.
I wouldn't use it for colourful scenery though.

Strength:

good edge sharpness, med.contrast, decent color sat.,excellent under fluorescent light

Weakness:

still has noticeably higher grain than a good 800 speed film but not near as bad as the old 1600 was.

excellent film for use inside under fluorescent light or under other din lighting conditions;otherwise a good 800 speed film is noticeably finer grained and much less expensive to use and is prefered.
