Strength:
As far as I am concerned it is the people film. Color and skin tone can not be beat. Love it.
Weakness:
none If you want a film for people it is the only way to go. Also great for mixed lighting. Similar Products Used: Kodak 100, 400,800 |

I have used this film in a Minox subminiature camera (it's packaged by Minox as "Minocolor 100 PRO") and the results are stunning! Beautiful, saturated color (seemingly quite accurate on both landscapes and fleshtones), good contrast, nice exposure latitude (my Minox doesn't have a light meter), and utterly amazing grain. My (roughly) 4x5 prints look VERY similar to 4x6 prints from 35mm negs on something like Kodak Gold 400. Wow!
Weakness:
Nope. Pretty clearly the best 100-speed color print available, with remarkably fine grain, very high resolution, and accurate color with not QUITE too much contrast. For less critical applications (i.e., negatives larger than Minox!), Royal Gold 100 or Portra 160 (and, no doubt, various other Fuji and Agfa films) are certainly totally acceptible... but Reala is the champ. When you need to get the most out of a small negative, this is the one to use. Customer Service No experience. Tried everything (and I mean everything) before I settled on this. The best pictures of any 100ISO film
Weakness:
None. Not one bad shot in over a hundred rolls. This is the one to get. Can be very inexpensive if you buy it at the reputable NYC mail-order houses. Similar Products Used: Agfa, Fuji, Konica, Kodak. All films and all ISO. |

Strength:
The most life like color I've seen in a print film.
Weakness:
None Fuji Reala is the only choice, especially for people pictures. It has a 4th layer of emulsion specifically made for skin tones. No other film does this! Since film choice and who prints your film are of the utmost importance for the best color rendition, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go to a drug store, a grocery store, mail order, or any type of family discout department store if serious quality color prints is what you desire! A camera store is your best choice! Customer Service Internet is great source for this. Similar Products Used: Kodak 100, Kodak Royal Gold 100 |

Strength:
Reala has excellent sharpness and really true colors (as much your lens provides of course) Especially I like its green and blue, also well balanced red-yellow tones
Weakness:
Nope Only thing to notice for getting out its top quality: use only Fuji own laboratories for processing, all others screw up its color balance. Customer Service Superb, though not widely enough spreaded here Similar Products Used: Similar, just similar Kodak, Agfa & Konica products |
