Strength:
very natural color rendition and very clean whites. exposure very close to what the Eye sees.
Weakness:
hard to find. have to take to an up-scale lab. The film prefoms at its best during "golden Light," simply beautiful. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Fuji Reala 100, Kodak Royal Gold 100 & Kodak Royal Gold 25 |

Fine grain.
Weakness:
Green and red are not realistic.Green turns out too cold.(Printed at PRO-AGFA lab! ) I use REALA for 90 % of my work and I must say that OPTIMA PRESTIGE II 100 has a fine grain. Similar Products Used: REALA,ROYAL GOLD 100, |

Strength:
The film renders colors perfectly and has very (very) fine grain; makes me feel great every time I see the results. My #1 choice for all but landscapes in the 100 speed range.
Weakness:
The only problem I have experienced is finding it in quantities... then, I am currently out of the States and this may be a factor. I love this film. If I could choose only one, this would be it. Agfacolor Optima II Prestige 100 ASA
Strength:
Highest resolution, sharpness, and contrast I have ever seen in a 100-speed film. Zero grain. True color (neither restrained nor highly saturated- just right on the money). Wide exposure latitude.
Weakness:
Between the film's high contrast, my Zeiss optics, and printing on professional paper, images of people were completely unforgiving (blemishes, wrinkles, etc.). Perfect for all but human subjects. This film should get more play than it does; the performance is incredible. Similar Products Used: None |
