Strength:

Solid quality and nice to work with. The colour head an a good lens is a must have.

Weakness:

See summary...

My first enlarger was a Kaiser VC35 with a 50/2,8 optic – the missing of build in filtration and the bad negative carrier (scratches the negatives!!) made me look for something more professional. And starting with medium format I decided too get this on used market – for about 300$! The only distracting thing is the masks of the negative carrier won’t get close enough too cut off very much of a 35mm negative. I right now solved the problem with strips of paper glued to the masks, but then one looses the ability to enlarge MF. I’ll have a second negative carrier soon…
This is a near professional enlarger to all, who are serious about their work. Buy one and be sure to get the electronically transformator.

Customer Service

The enlarger had a broken gearwheel (transport) and after two e-mails I had the matching peace within two days. All my questions where answered promptly – great!
