Compact and easy for a novice to use

Friends and relatives found the red-eye reduction flash annoying at first, but came to accept it after finding that they no longer looked demon-possessed in my photos!
Also, a ball-bering that was part of the mechanism that closes over the lens came loose and the cover no longer stayed shut. My husband called customer service, was promptly sent a replacement part and was able to make the camera as good as new!

This is a nifty little camera. I received one seven years ago and it has accompanied me on many vacations and has provided me with many clear, crisp beautiful pictures. Several of our friends and relatives have bought this camera after seeing how easy it is to use and how well the photos turn out. It makes a fabulous gift!

A great snapper, that's durable and using 400 film can do no wrong. The ORIGINAL and still the best general snapper in my mind. I wouldn't count this out just because of some pretty APS sexy thing. The reliable, consistent Olym 35 3.5 is just that. Exposure is very good. My snapper for a trip to NY that did no wrong. Put the strap around your neck and go carefree. No supereyecandy luxo can beat the usability.
