Strength:

auto focus, macro lens, zoom, auto load and winding, light and small, red eye reduction, timer

Weakness:

due to its lack of wieght shaking the camera when taking a picture is very easy, auto mode alwas sets of flash which is anoying. not an slr no manual control

Im a junior in high school and in photography class i needed a camera and i recieved this as a gift, a manual slr would be more apropiate for my b and w photo class but this camera works fine and will be used untill my slr comes in the mail. i dont known about color photos but black and white photos come in clear and in focus, in auto mode it tends to use the flash when i dont want it to, so i usualy have it off. its a good easy to use all around camera. you cant expect much more from a point and shoot

Strength:

Nikon Quality, Fill Flash System, Comfortable Size, affordable too

Weakness:

Macro can be somewhat hard to use.

I am a part time newspaper photographer who normally uses 35MM Nikon SLRs. So I was a bit skeptical when my parents bought the one touch 90 zoom. But I must say, I am very pleased with this camera. It''s exposure is usually right on the mark, and has Nikon''s legendary "Fill Flash" System. The One Touch 90 fits comfortably in my hands, and is a joy to use. I am considering putting one in my PJ bag to use when I need a quick shot, at that moment, when I wouldn''t have time to throw my N90 together, or just didn''t feel the need to use my SLR. I do know a few reporters in the area who carry this camera in their kit if they need to shoot any pictures on their own. All in all, it''s a very capable camera.
