    Strength:

simple, sweet pictures, with a full 2MP output you expect.

    Weakness:

    BATTERY EATER.

Everybody seems to hate this camera. I don't. There were things that I didn't like about it, sure, but for me the alternative was nothing. So compared to "nothing", I took a lot of beautiful and memorable photos with this camera for two years before the thing that kills most cheap digital cameras got this one: the battery door latching mechanism broke. This happens because (a) the manufacturer's design them to be way too flimsy for what they have to do and (b) because do to the nature of digital cameras, you have to replace batteries almost constantly. This activity puts undue strain on the battery door mechanisms, which then break. Apparently the newer model cameras have overcome this weakness to some degree.
