    Strength:

It's few redeming qualities are: 1) Easy to use menus 2) Flip screen 3) Good still portraits in normal light and close ups.

    Weakness:

It has a number of faults that make it a poor choice. 1) It's shutter delay is the longest of any digicam we used. It gets worse with larger memory cards. With no 'sports' mode, you could miss a lot of the action. 2) Movie mode has no sound. 3) 3D mode is pretty much useless as it requires that you print the page. 4) The feature dial at times gets stuck 'in between' settings and the camera does not want to turn on. It took us about 10 minutes to figure out what is wrong with the unit and correct it.

After reading a few good reviews of this camera we purchased it over two years ago, only to discover, slowly, over time, that it was a waste of money. After taking over 5000 images we can rate this unit. While it does take nice still portraits and the manual focus is useable, anyone looking for a camera to use while on adventure/action activities should steer clear of this unit. Also, for better or worse, the 330 requires 2 AA batteries which requires that you get a separate charger and a fleet of rechargeables. This can cost upwards of 30 dollars. On the bright side you can take always pick up a pair of normal batteries if you do run out.
