video format is not supported - by real etc.(Not mov/avi/mpeg4) you need to purchase sepate codecs!!

DONT BUY ANY KODAK. THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR ANY CAMERA ON LINE AS WELL. (ON selecting any camera even newly introduced ones) it says NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CAMERA!

Camera picture quality is excellent. Easy to use.

Software

Camera is nice. But the software blew the whole deal. Won't transfer the pictures. Tried all of there self help. No luck. They even have you download a program to remove the the Easy Share software. It doesn't work either. Sat on the phone for 1hr 52 minutes with Tech Support then they hung up. It really is the crappiest software I have seen in years of computing. I can't even remove the program. It won't uninstall unless it completely installs. When you try to remove it. It trys to reinstall. I'm sure when it works it probably works good, but if it doesn't it a total nightmare and Kodak doesn't want thing to do with you.

SINCE MY COMPUTER TOOK A FEW WEEKS SHIPPING I DID NOT OPEN THE CAMERA UNTIL A MONTH OR SO AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE.SINCE IT CANT BE DOWNLOADED WITHOUT A COMPUTER.. THE DAY I OPENED THE CAMERA I CHARGED THE BATTERY PACK, PUT IN MY CAMERA AND THE CAMERA SAID BATTERIES WERE DEAD! I REPEATED THIS SEVERAL TIMES...RETURNED AND EXCHANGED THE BATTERY PACK TWICE! STILL DID NOT WORK IN THIS CAMERA...CIRCUTI CITY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THIS UNWORKING MANUFACTURE DEFECTED CAMERA I HAD JUST PURCHASED FROM THEM..SALES PERSON SAID TOO BAD YOU SHOULD HAVE GOT THE INSURANCE! THE ONLY WAY I HAVE EVER BEEN ABLE TO USE IT IS WITH THE AC ADAPTER. I HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM CIRCUIT CITY EVER SINCE. NEITHER HAS ANYONE IN MY FAMILY. THIS CAMERA SUCKS.

Quality, Quality, Quality! Ease of use A++. My husband couldn't take a pic for his life with a 35mm and he's snapping away and awed by his expertise! :-) Movie with sound! Wow. Tag pix for email, closeups to 3.5 inches, Easy, easy software! Easy camera menu, One touch upload from docking station, nice big display (2.8), 10 second self time, burst series of 4 pix. Slideshow on your TV screen! I got 21 pix on the internal 16 MB memory, though documentation says 17 at best quality setting. finally, Excellent Website and support. Check out firmware updates in support.

Amazed. Oohs and ahs were plentiful from the very first test shot. Did the research, tried several at Circuit City, went to Best Buy and back to Circuit City to buy - better service agreements. $229.99 includes a $50 rebate when buying the camera and printer. We were surprised at the great quality on the LCD display, then stunned at the greater pic quality after uploading to PC. Bought with the Printer Dock 6000 and received $50 rebate. Love the features!

This camera has all the facilites that someone who, like me, only wants to take good photos without being having to have a vast knowledge either of how to work the camera or of photography generally. I found it easy to use, it took very good photos in all situations and overall exceeded my expectations. I had looked at other cameras but this one met all my requirments well and has features that should meet the needs of someone who really likes to get into the more detailed aspects of photography. I doubt that I will ever use some of the more advanced features.

4X 2.2 glass lens is super sharp. Excellent in low light. Flash goes out to almost 20 feet.

Almost bought Canon A70 but glad I checked out Kodak 6340. It is well made and fast. Picture quality is outstanding. Super in low light. Has all the whistles and bells but is also easy to use. Don't let previous Kodaks keep you from checking this one out. They got ot right this time.
