Strength:
Very easy to use. Great photos.
Weakness:
Closeups, battery. Batteries wear out very quickly, but as long as you learn to turn it off immediately, when not in use you are fine. And it work out if you purchase rechargable batteries. Saved a fortune in batteries. At Circuit City or Best Buy for $19.95. Well worth the investment. Impossible with regular batteries. I use this camera daily. Simple to use. Their updated software from the website that I download has really improved. But needs easier "delete" options on the software. I am disappointed in the close up lens kit. Photos do not come out well at all if something small and you want a clear photo. I photograph watches and it does not work well on them at all. Both as long as you are not taking up close small photo it works super! Customer Service unknown Similar Products Used: film camera |

Strength:
Easy to use, and transfering pictures is a breeze
Weakness:
Rechargable battery pack is Lousy. My recommendation, get your self a set or two of rechargable Nickle Metal Hydride batteries for under $10 and use those. Overall a extremly easy to use camera. Excellent outdoor picture quality and good indoor. Very good indoor pictures if the lighting is good. Otherwise what tends to happen is, the persons in the picture will come out clear, but some of the backround will be fuzzy without good lighting |

Price. My entire setup, camera, 32mb flash card, and rechargeable batteries, cost under $300. This camera has paid for itself in 3 family/church outings, just in the money saved in film processing. The ease at which photos can be dispersed is wonderful.
Weakness:
Memory and batteries. Not a problem if you''ll invest about $50 in accessories as described above. Forget the Docking Port system (too much and cost more than the accessories I purchased. This camera was originally purchased as a necessity for placing ads on the internet requiring a photograph. I took this on vacation to experiment, and was very pleased with the performance. This is basically a point and shoot type camera with the advantage of having your pictures without having to pay for film processing. I normally take shoot about 10 rools of film on a trip. Most all of these are of sights, with family members involved. These pictures are normally viewed by only friends and family. The digital convenience of being able to download to computer, crop and edit, send to friends, and have the photo file instantly available for retrieval, viewing, and transmitting, is great. I didn''t want to spend a lot on this type camera, and this camera is GREAT. I bought the 32mb flash card (about $20) and it gives me 197 shots at the lower resolution setting. I also bought the Quest 1300 mah battery set and charger (about $20) to replace the factory batteries. The camera requires 2 batteries, and the Quest kit has 4, so I charge all 4, put 2 in the camera, and 2 as spares. I am able to get at least the 197 shots from the first set, but like to have a spare set just in case. THIS IS THE CAMERA I HAVE WITH ME ALL THE TIME. It comes in handy if you have to go to the store for a certain part. Just take a picture, take the camera with you, and use the viewr to show the clerk what you''re talking about, without having to describe it to them.
