Strength:
Great functionality. Requires only 2 batteries. Small in size. Batteries are easy to get in and out.
Weakness:
You need to ensure the lense cover is pushed all the way over in order to take pictures. The software that comes with it is only good for downloading the pictures. Red eye reduction indoors for people with blue eyes is not the greatest. This is my first digital camera and I feel as if it was money well spent. The camera is light weight and takes great pictures. The great thing about the camera that it is so small, I usually tuck it into my purse everywhere I go, so I never miss out on a great shot. Definately money well spent. The pictures quality outdoors is absolutely amazing. The colours are very true to life. Customer Service Not applicable. |

Strength:
sharp pictures, easy to use, comes with recharger and battery, nice modern style, quick download, nice video clips(20sec, no sound). great price
Weakness:
can''t see lcd in sun!! battery runs 150pix with 3 downloads and needs recharge. lags 2sec from pix to pix, no sound on video, software dont come with photo editor, poor indoor use(w/out flash)!!! Pictures are sharp! Zoom is fast with good 3x optical. good for beginners or casual use, the software is ok, video clips are good outdoors, overall everything is perfect outdoors, but indoors need flash always, even with good lights, and that drains the battery, lcd seems dim at nite, even with contrast and bright at max. finepix is a great camera dont get me wrong, just letting you know what i like and dont like. i used it 3 months and for the price, i recommend it greatly compared to others at higher cost. Strength:
excellent picture quality movie mode ease of use size
Weakness:
no sound on movie mode movies run though batteries too quickly AC adapter not included I have not used a digital camera since Apple Computer introduced the Quicktake 100 in 1995. I did some research and was ready to buy the Olympus D-510 because I have had good results with my Olympus 35mm. I received the Fuji Finepix 2600 for Xmas and have been using it extensively since. I am addicted. I upload the images to a website which prints them out for me. I am thoroughly impressed with the results. I have not printed out pictures on an attached printer, yet but I''m sure they will be similar. The picture quality is much better than expected based on my experience with the Quicktake and an Olympus Brio 100. Can''t believe that the price was so much less than other similar models.
