Overall picture quality is good but low light this camera suffers. I typically don't take pictures unless the flash is on.

Low light pictures. Pictures with very much motion. Shutter speed is slow. Comes with a 16 Meg card that only holds 8 pics at the highest resolution. I bought a 64-meg card that will now hold 82 pictures at the high-res setting.

Great camera bottom line. For the money this camera is as good as any other camera. We have taken well over 3000 pictures and we absolutely love it. If you're looking for a high end perfect camera look elsewhere. If you're looking for a fantastic, reliable, rugged camera that will take thousands of very nice pictures buy this one. You will not be disappointed.

Customer Service

I have no experience. (which is good) I haven't had to make a single call to Fuji. The camera has been EXTREMELY reliable.
