originally bought for family recording. so families would be great as well.

Sel/PUSH EXEC button gets weak over time, and can scroll past whatever menu item your wanting to access.

Even buying one used 10+ years after they stopped making them. they will still cost a LOT more than they should. Best I have seen recently was $450.

Don't buy if you want to go underwater, good luck finding a case for it. they stopped making almost everything for this series of camera.

Sport events would probably not be that great as fast objects may become blurry.

Mainly lack of being able to find MORE of them to buy. this model seems to have fallen off of the face of the earth.

the 0 lux infrared night vision is AMAZING.
